The expansive 137-acre grounds support a variety of local wildlife. Turkeys, ducks, and mature deer abound on the property, and all can provide game for the avid hunter. 

A bountiful array of majestic oak trees create a canopy above the property grounds.

The property hosts three bodies of water, one of which is a vibrant lake approximately eight acres in size. 

The lake is fully stocked with what the owners call their “pet” fish. The lake is extremely healthy, serving as a living habitat for bass, brim, and catfish. Those with a passion for fishing will appreciate how the fish, having access to nearby feeders, are trained by the stomping of feet. 

A wooden roofed dock, dubbed “Hickory Withe Marina,” can provide safe harbor for a small boat on the lake.
